Can we please have surround support?
VST3 is probably not the best option to use for this though, as (unless programmers know different) the surround implementation usually seems to be multi-mono in a way that all parameters are globaly set across all channels - this is hopelessly inadequate as I cannot think of any circumstances where I would want the same settings across all 6 channels - and very rarely across the 5 main ones.
Independent control is needed, and this should be set so that it can be per channel (preferably) or else in groups of channels (ideally both) in a similar manner to the sadly missed "Steinberg Surround Edition" from Spectral Design, where each plugin automatically added the correct number of channels according to the wwidth of the track (or buss) it is inserted on, with the option to select groups of channels with ganged operation.
