I am running Adobe Audition and installed the demo for N20.

When I go into the vst effects menu I can see PSP N20 but it is greyed out and so I can't select it to even open the plugin.

Would appreciate any help as I am keen to demo this plugin and purchase it all going well.

I have sent tech support an email but haven't heard anything back from them in days...

I don't know what is causing a problem. Could you try to use it in other host?
