hey there, hope u guyz are doing fine..

i see that u r in the process of updating the plugins for the x64 format...plz, when u update squad eqs, also change(improve) the saturation algorithm..at its present state, it aliases badly at nearly every samplerate below 96khz...would it be possible to add a switch for oversampling?

any info would be much appreciated...love ur plugs !!

Extra double sampling cost extra CPU clocks and extra latency.
What's more the currently used saturation algorithm used in sQuad is our latest solution, please compare it to the output saturation used in earlier plug-ins or used by other vendors.
Please notice that it is not meant to be a general purpose saturation machine able to work on high pitched harmonic signals, it is designed to work mostly on transients.
I hope it will help to understand the idea...
The main goal in the sQuad is to get uncommon equalization quality.

thnx for the reply, well perhaps u could add an oversampling switch, like in neon, or vw..so that it works without latency normally and if required, work with oversampling and added latency

Please notice that the we released various versions of the Warmer because of the latency problems with the double sampling. For proper latency compensation in all hosts the reported latency should stay the same independently of the state of the double sampling.
