Old nor new mastercomp will load in Steinberg Wavelab Essential. Get 'can't handle required number in put channels'. Anybody know a way around that or is it a steinberg problem?

Some versions of the Wavelab doesn't support plug-in communication properly and cannot establish proper channel setup. This problem may occur when a VST 2.4 plug-in is using more then 2 channels of the input when Wavelab is not set up for multi channel processing.
