Hi there.

I'm using Nitro in Logic 8.0.2 and I'm wondering how I can record changes in preset using Logic automation.

For example I have a drum track with Stylus RMX providing a kick with a chain including AD Replicant, two instances of Nitro, and ending with AD DubStation.

At certain points I want to change the presets used by the Nitro instances however no automation data is recorded when switching presets.

Given the size of the Nitro interface working out which parameters have changed, what they have changed to, and then manually replicating all these changes in an automation track would be quite a challenge and hopeless to do in R/T.

Is there some way of getting automation out of preset changes? Or an alternate approach to doing what I want to do with Logic?

It occurs to me one possibility is to use multiple sends with differently configured Nitro instances on each bus but, given I am using two in series, this could get complicated to setup and manage.

All help much appreciated.
