i m working on an important mix and need a stereo enhancer...
i was using the stereo pack and was very pleased...
unfortunately i had to change mac and now i m using an intel processor...
do you know when the ub version will be released?
if it s not very soon i will be forced to buy (with regrets) the "duy"
bundle or the waves...
please let me know

meanwhile you could try some DIY instead of DUY

ever heard of M/S tweaking to widen stereo image.

insert an stereo<->M/S plugin (there is one built into logic pro)into a stereo channel,
followed by a plugin with pan (gain plugin in logic e.g.)
followed by another stereo<->M/S plug

then play around with the pan (the second plug) and have fun

there are lots of other options, with the m/s (mid-side) signal

- compress the side signal (right channel) a little bit
- add a small amount of mono->stereo reverb to a mono-signal, make it m/s and play with eq on the side signal before you convert it back to stereo.


now keep your money and buy me a coffee

I hope the UB update is coming soon! I just made the jump from an old G4 power mac to an Intel MacBook, and loaded up all my PSP plugins. I am really enjoying the updated mixpack, but I miss the stereopack!
