I have had to remaster some tracks recently which use Neon HR. Fortunately I had kept all my ProTools mastering sessions froma few months back.

However, whenever I load my ProTools session, it tells me Neon HR cannot be found, and sure enough Neon is disabled in the session.

In fact Neon HR IS still available in the plugin list, so I'm assuming that at some stage PSP must have changed the plugin ID for Neon HR.

Please can you tell me how I can recover the Neon HR settings from these older sessions, or how I can get ProTools to recognize Neon HR as it loads the session. Not being able to recall these settings is a major problem, because the client wants identical mixes, just with some edits.

Thanks for any help.

Jules

Shoot - just realized I was using an old VST-RTAS wrapped version of Neorn HR in these older sessions. My bad.

I'm going to reinstall the wrapped version and try and recall settings.

Apologies for the confusion.
