i just installed neon hr 1.5 but i can�Lt find it in the list of my vst plugins in samplitude 8.31, what i am doing wrong ? with neon hr 1.0 everything worked fine

I've just got the same problem. I have the PSP Total Pack, and i've been using Neon ok. I've never owned an iLok before because I hate the concept. But because I've paid for Neon HR, I want to use it. I've got the license on the iLok dongle. I've run the Neon exe and I can see the .dll in my VST folder, right above the normal Neon .dll. But Cubase SX4 doesn't show Neon HR in the plugin list.

Is there some problem with having both versions of Neon installed?

Same problem here. I'm on Samplitude 9.1.

Funny thing is, the earlier version of HR worked fine for me, so I'm going to try to reinstall it (both in its own folder and not).

Same problem in Sequoia 8.1. Neon 1.1.0 (I think that was it) used to show up. Although I had other problems with 1.1, which I'm hoping are fixed in 1.5.

Also... I had trouble with Neon HR when processing (i.e. mixdown) in Sequoia 8.1 . There would be some occasional low level distortion, or some weird sound on the mixed down track. A quiet sound, always in the same 1 or 2 places. However it would sound just fine prior to mixdown on playback. Only after mixdown was the distortion there. I had to abandon Neon for mastering and use Algorithmix because its been such a problem.

so did you resolve your issues? I'm having the same problem with wavelab so any advice or tips would be great.
