I have tried switching settings and trashing preferences and for some reason delay compensation works with LP engaged but does not when it isn't engaged.

Neon(not HR) G5 dual 2.5
Logic 7.2.3

Perhaps I should clarify with an example.

I want to use Neon on my lead vocal in with linear phase mode engaged.

There is a Kazoo/tuba/lost Aunt singing/dog barking solo that maybe is not so important that I would like to use Neon without LP enagaged in order to save some CPU processing.

I cannot get the Kazoo processed track to be in sync with everything else.

Any thoughts???

Some other users using Logic reported latency issues too. Please tell me what your delay compensation settings ('latency mode' and 'latency compensation') are.

Also, seems like the way Logic handles delay introduced by the plug-ins changes from one version to another. One of the users had latency problems with Logic 7.2.1, but when he upgraded to 7.2.2 the problems disappeared... Will have to get 7.2.3 for testing.
