This is my FOURTH attempt (3 previous e-mails with no response) to get some resolution to this problem.

I purchased Neon HR in March during the promotion. Whenever I have tried to authorize it I get a "code not valid" error.

Please advise. I can supply invoice / order numbers and activation codes when contacted directly.

I own Vintage Warmer, MasterQ, and MasterComp and have not had problems with authorization in the past.

Hello Again,

After successfully loading the authorization to my Ilok and installing Neon HR, when I try to load the plugin I get the following error message:
"Updated TPkd driver required and a reboot. Please reboot or reinstall the software"

I restarted twice but always get the message.

Pentium 4, 2.4g, XP Pro SP1a, Merging Pyramix v5.0

Any ideas?

1) To use iLok protected software (for example our plug-ins) you will need to have installed latest version of iLok drivers on your Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) computer.

Before connecting the iLok dongle to your computer, please down download and install the latest iLok drivers for your computer. You can find the latest drivers at: http://www.paceap.com/dldrvr.html

If your studio computer is not connected to internet you can download drivers to any computer and than copy them on USB drive CD and transfer to your studio computer.

Mac: Once you install the drivers and restart your computer, your iLok is ready for use.
PC: Now you can connect your iLok to computer and install it as a new USB device using the New Hardware Wizard.

Note: If you have any problem with running iLok protected plug-ins we strongly recommend that the first thing you try is to update the iLok drivers.

Thanks again for you time Antoni. After updating the cryptically-named TPkd driver I am successfully using Neon HR in the Pyramix mixer. I look forward to getting to know it on some mastering projects.
