I just purchased the Master Comp and I have had this question in mind for a while now:
whatorder should the processors be in ?
It is embaressing to ask but I don't know I try differat configurations and order the processor in differant orders but I am not sure of the order that is preferred .

ex: vintage warmer (fast tape) , lexicon reverb, Master Compressor

would the warmer come last, first?
would the Reverb be ordered after the master Compressor ?

thank you

Depends on what you're using it for.

If its just to compress, I usually put it post EQ. If the VW is for limiting, use it last.

I don't see any reason to place a reverb inline with a processing chain such as comp/limiting. Verb is usually accessed via an Aux send/return.

thank you for your help.

I have been using a reverb at the end of the chain for a "room sound" and but now that I think about it the room sound can be on each instrumrnt or groug of instruments ...thank you .
