Is this plug in working at Advanced Multi processor setting for MacG4 dual 450 in Nuendo without problem ?

We haven't heard about any problems with this kind of setting. Nobody complains about it. To be sure I encourage you to install and test demo version of our plug-ins before purchase. Demo versions of our plug-ins turn off the signal processing every 30 secs for 1 sec.
