I just tested out the VST version of EasyVerb and found the same results as someone else's review on another site: noisy. It's like amplifier hiss, making it unusable.

I'm using the OSX version in Nuendo 2.1.10

It is limitations to demo versions. You will hear permanent low level noise (at about -60dBFS typically) and occasional 1 sec noise every 20 sec (at below -30dBFS typically).

Hm,

I don't know Antoni. It's quite hot, making it very difficult to hear the verbs.

I'm interested in purchasing this, but not until I can hear the verbs. Do you have a copy you can send me for trial without this noise? You have me on account there....[/LIST]

We have not a version of the plug-in without the intentional background noise. My suggestion is to drive the reverb with a hotter signal, turn the Mix to 100% and use it in a send/return loop, then you will be able to hear the reverb's tail without problems.

We don't have other demo.
Risk 69$ and buy the full version.
If you don't like it I will refund you money.

I just downloaded your MixBass plug, and the intermittment hiss I hear every so often is the same frequency that is CONSTANT in EasyVerb. I think you guys accidently put the high end hiss in constantly, which you said is supposed to happen ever 20 seconds or so.

Sorry, but I simply can't test this properly the way it is.

There is over 20dB difference in levels of both noises but it may vary depending on the way the plug-in is used. However I will test this again to make sure to do it right.

Thanks Mateusz! Let me know what you found out!

By the way.... are you guys developing a new plug called MixVerb?? Or is EasyVerb the same thing?

Just recently (last July) purchased EasyVerb and loved it in Cubase SX 2. I upgraded to SX 3 on my new DAW and can't use it - experiencing the noise/hiss as described here. In searching this forum, it sounded like it is taken care of - but I just recently purchased and now cannot use it in SX 3 because of the noise. Any ideas? I'm running SX3 on a PC, 3GHz P4, P4P800, 1GB RAM...
