As you reported the problem occurs under Cubase SX 2 although it doesn't under Wavelab which makes the problem harder to trace and solve. I will focus on this problem next days.

The problem is occuring under nTrack for me. I use PSP 42 & 84 plug-ins & they don't have this behavior.

I am working on this problem.

I cannot save easyverb presets in logic 6.4.2., OS X 10.3.4.
After saving, always a preset "init 64" shows up instead of the sound i saved.
I use the easyverb converted to AU by the fxexpansion vst to AU converter, because the original psp AU is still not available.
