hi,

ive been tring to uninstall nitro on mac osx. buy removing nitro from componets folder to recycle bin. but when i go to empty the bin it says nitro is in use by "resources". how do empty nitro out of the bin?.

somone please help!

To properly uninstall please run the installer and choose the option 'uninstall' from the list in the upper-left corner of the main installer screen. I don't know why you are not able to empty your bin. You might need to move the file from the bin back to its original location and then uninstall as described.

I am using the uninstaller, I have clicked "Select All" and then "Uninstall All". When I click Uninstall All the button goes blue but that's it. Nothing seems to be processing or completing the action of uninstalling.
Do you know how I can ensure a successful uninstall?
