The error message you get does not mean that the plug-in didn't installed at
all. It only means that the installer attempts to open readme file which is
not there (this readme file contains notes about DX/DXi version and is not
installed if you choose VST version only - so it should not be opened after
installation. Unfortunately I didn't notice and the installer tries to open
it even if it's not there. I prepared the fixed installer that should be on our website today, however, as I
said, it does not affect the installation of the plug-in itself.
As your hosts don't see the plug-in even though the dll is in the vstplugins
folder, it seems we have a different kind of problem. I have to know your system specification to make an attempt to recreate the problem
