Hello,

I'm getting the following error with PSP 84, PSP 42, PSP Nitro, PSP VintageWarmer. PSP MasterQ, PSP MixPack don't have this error.:

This Plug-in is not authorized

It is with Nuendo and Reason 2.5

1. I start Nuendo 2.1.2 Build 28
2. I start Reason 2.5 Build 3.12
3. In Nuendo I select Device / Reason and I put ReWire Channel Mix L and Mix R on
4. I put the Nitro Plug-in on this reason channel everything works Ok.
5. I load a song in Reason (In this case the demo song: "What more Reason.rps" from reason.
6. Play and everything works
7. Now when I add another plug-in, Nitro, Vintagewarmer 84 or 42. I get the Authorize error.

Whenever I load a song in Reason I can't load a PSP plug-in anymore. Even when I put the correct authorisation code/name in the box, it won't register. When I close all applications and restart nuendo everything is Ok again until I load a song in Reason. :-(

I also have Logic Audio Platinum 5.5.1 and here the exact same problem \:\(

Oops, I forgot which system I used. All this on Windows XP Professional SP1 US with all the updates/patches.

Regards,
Diederick F.M. Cools.

Seems like the cross-compatibility problem, we already encountered before. I hope we will be able to fix it pretty soon. Sorry for such inconvenience.

G'day All,
I have the Authorization blues as well (irrespective of the genre of music I'm doing)
Have to quit Logic whenever I need to open a second song & a second instance of Nitro is impossible.
The boys from PSP have said they will look into it after musikmesse. Soon I hope, 'cos I like Nitro.
I have stopped using Vintage Warmer for similar (but not the same) Authorization issues.

See ya

Hi,

The next update of the VintageWarmer (comming soon) should perform much better with authorization. I think that 42/84 and Nitro will have a proper update soon.

Regards,

Hi,

love Nitro to bits.
But, I have the same registration problems as the original poster with Nitro.
Load Cubase SX 2.02 then reason 2.5 (rewire) and then when I try to load an instance of Nitro I get the authorization error. (Windows XP SP1).

did I say a few? hmm... Sorry. We want to fix a lot of other bugs as well. I won't tell you 'please wait a few days' again. It may take a week or two.

Ok but hurry up. I ordered a new, very fast, workstation which should arrive in a week or so and then I can use the PSP plug-ins in it's full potential. ;-) So be sure you get them ready in a week or two.
