The PSP Nitro is in Beta testing stage and the release date is not yet decided.

Hi PSP,

Are you able to say when the Nitro may be available for demo? I've heard alot of good reports from people who witnessed it in action at NAMM, and well I guess I can't wait to hear it too.

all the best

Hi! The prerelease demo version (VST) will be out in about one week. Please note that some advanced features will be disabled in this prerelease version. Only the included presets will be able to access them.

well ... there IS a demo on the music tech cd ...

... but it has NO effect whatsoever on the signal passing through it - so is ot broken or is it just a gui demonstration / teaser ???

The version that's on the music tech CD is not the official demo - it is a very early prerelase demo. It has a number of serious bugs and, telling truth, should not have been put on music tech cd (they got it from our free NAMM show cd)... However, I didn't know it didn't work at all! That's strange. Please believe me that the retail version will process the signal.

Any chance of doing a special offer thing like Voxengo do? A limited period reduction or a special price for people paying up front before release? etc... Could you do a short offer to tempt people who can't afford your prices otherwise?

Your plugins are good but they are also very expensive, especially when tax is added. In fact, the prices has held me back.
$180 per plugin is way expensive.

I really hope you can do something about this!

THanks.

Antoni, those are great offers and I'm currently evaluating the PSP Delay Pack to take full advantage of the offers.

Unfortunately, installing Nitro and PSP84 has caused problems with my N2 environment. My guess is PSP84 has caused the problems (posted in the PSP84 forum for this) but I've had Nitro freeze (with Nuendo locking up) when I've tried to load two instances.

This is a real shame because Nitro looks absolutely fantastic! If you have any suggestions about what might be causing the freezing and the stopping playing issue (please see my post in PSP84 forum), then I'd be very grateful.

Thanks.

antoni ...

... glad to see the demo released officially !!!

however ... im having the same issue with this one as with the unoffical music tech demo - that is the plugin installs and loads fine but does not appear to process the audio signal at all - it just pumps out a completely dry signal on all presets ...

... this occurs in ALL of my main hosts (tracktion / live3 / energyXT) and is the only plugin i have that exhibits this behaviour (all my other psp plugins (mixpack / pianoverb / springverb) work fine too) ...

... my system is amd / win98se

any ideas ??? - id love to try (and probably buy) nitro but this is obviously stopping me
