I was bitten by the "wrong download for your system bug"

I've been trying to revert to an older version to get going again and i am having a VERY HARD TIME.

Customer support isn't helping at all.

I posted in the VW forum so maybe they'll see that and help.

5 days and counting.

I also suggest a warning system if you don't NEED the update!

You didn't provide enought information to solve the problem however I guess that a problem could be with the Safari. Maybe the solution could be to use a download link without login and password included and then enter them in appropriate window.
There is no bug 1.6.6 - it is an imcompatibility vs 1.5.3 and all VintageWarmer customers should have received the email including version history and information about changes.
