I just upgraded my computer with a bigger C drive and from Win 2000 to Win XP. I was able to install Easy Verb, MixPack 1.7 and Delay Pack, but Stereo Pack just hung there. Anyone else have a similar problem... or better yet a fix?

Thanks

Hello,

Probably the problem is that StereoPack's installer is searching for vst folders on your disks. If it is possible please disconnect any external or not used drives for installation procedure. But it should even work fine with current configuration but may take even 5-10 minuts on large drives.

Thanks for the reply.....

It did run about the 5th time I tried to install it. As a test, I downloaded the demo and it had the same problem. So, will let it run next time..... I have no VST folders!!!

I still think that you didn't wait long enought :-)
Maybe you could vreate a vstplugin folder on your main drive for instance c:/A/vstplugins to make the sarching fast, then after the installer would recognize it please choose a different folder by selecting a Browse option.

Will give that a try. Fortunately, I don't upgrade my C drive all that often! Maybe in a year or two!!!!

Thanks for your time. Take Care
