Hi Mateusz,

I recently bought a new G4 and transferred all my apps/plugins over.

For some reason, my Mix Saturator plugin is no longer recognized by Logic 5.3 (Mac). On older songs, the plugin shows up with a diagonal line through it and I get an ASIO error when opening the song.

On new songs, I get a "Error Code -1 Returned by ASIO" error message when attempting to insert the plugin.

My Vintage Warmer plug, however, is fine.

Any suggestions on a fix?

Thanks,

JoRoan Lazaro

Mac OS 9.2.2 / G4 Dual 1.25 / Logic 5.3 / ASIO RME Multiface

I think that there might be two reasons for this rpblem:
1. The plug-in is not properly installed into the Logic's Vstplugin folder. Please check whether the file appears in that folder.
2. The plug-in was not authorized after installation on your new G4. Copying just a plug-in's file is not enought to have a properly working plug-in. Please use a regular installer and your authorization code to install the plug-in.

Mateusz,

Unfortunately, I can't find my authorization code anymore.

Am I still in your records for having purchased both Vintage Warmer and the Mix Saturator? If so, could you please email my authorization code for Mix Saturator to my email address of record?

Thank you!

If you have no authorization code for the MixSaturator why didn't you also loose a key for the VintageWarmer :-)
Please use our support email address support@pspaudioware.com
and describe your status, missing authorization, authorization name and estimated time when you made a purchase. Your email address used at that time would also be helpfull if you changed it.

Regards,

I was a little more organized when I bought the VintageWarmer :-[) LOL

I finally learned to devote a couple of drawers in a filing cabinet to Waves, Emagic, Native Instruments, etc...

I promise to keep the codes for all future PSP purchases.. particularly that yummy looking Lexi delay.

Thanks for the help, I'll send mail to the support line.
