Hi,

I bought PSP42 and ran the authorization file successfully after installing. However, when I fire up the plugin in Live 9.1.4, it is still running in demo mode.

I was not sent an authorization key, just the license file. (The authorization key field in my account is blank!)

I have uninstalled and re-installed several times and am using the AU version on Mac OSX 10.9.4.

Please help!

Have you restarted your system after running authorisation file?

I have restarted system about 20 times. Is that enough?

I have also just purchased this plugin and every time I double click the license key I get a dialog box that says "Problem with the license file!!!"

do you still need that iLok key thing to get this to work?

If you do a batch license authorization which you can download from the top of your CUSTOMER ACCOUNT page - it will authorize your PSP 42 plugin.
