I contacted support, but got a message that they wouldn't be checking e-mails until the end of July :-(

The problem I have is that I am unable to authorize my plugins on my Mac. I keep getting an error "The Authorization data is invalid". I am copying over the name and key exactly. And, I have tried about 20 times now. The exact same name and key work fine on my PC.

I also tried to use the batch license application, but it didn't seem to do anything.

Is there a way to add the authorization to an ilok?

Any help would be appreciated.

I have OSX 10.8.3
and I am using Pro tools 10.3.5

Please try to authorise in other host than ProTools for example in the free GarageBand.

I am having the same problem. Authorization is not accepted "data is invalid" I have copied and pasted exactly from the customer account info on the website. as well as manually typed it exactly as shown.

OSX 10.7.5
Protools 10.3.6

Batch license goes to "Error #0003 - query returned no assets"

I did try to authorize in GarageBand and that did work.

I had the same problem in logic 10.2.2/10.9.5 and solved it by using Garageband to authorise them. Finally found a use for Garageband!
