First off, congrats and thanks for the hard work on the updates. Nitro is one of the best plugs ever made, and now I can use it on my new MB Pro. Now comes VW2--an old favorite, improved!

VW2 is a running a little buggy on both PC and Mac in Live 6. It causes the application to quit unexpectedly at odd times. While I'm not 100% certain that this is being caused by VW, it seems likely, since the crashes started after installing VW. Sorry, but I can't provide you with more detail than that. I was also surprised at the CPU load, until I turned off the FAT switch...That is one powerful little switch!

Do the crash problem occurs with the Warmer in the chain or does it also occur when the VintageWarmer is not present in the project?

It definitely appears to be only when VW is in the chain, powered on.

exactly same facts here on MBP...

Likewise here. At this stage VW2 for Intel Macs is really unusable. Especially in Live 6.0.3. I have an iMac 2.0gHz Dual Core, 2gb ram so I would have thought that it would work well under these conditions but the CPU just squeezes everything else out of contention so something has to give and I am sorry it is VW because I have paid for it and now can't use it.
