I want PSP EQs to have "auto gain controller" like melda, 112dB, which keeps volume constant while doing adjustments with plugin. It is very usefull

What do you mean by comstant level? Peak or RMS? In any implementation it would be only a kind of estimation as in a real life the change in level always depends on the processed sound.
