Just an FYI.

This applies to both the iLok and manual numerical entry versions of this plug-in.
It worked ok Snow Leopard was installed over OSX 10.5.8 but now does not pass validation with a clean install.

I was able to manually authorize the plug-in after "Reset and Rescan Selection" in Logic's AU manager.

All is well.

It is important to take care of the authorization dialog, otherwise it may hide and let the validation fail.
