Neon HR PT automation

Hi,

The automation in PT for Neon HR makes no sense at all. It's all complete guesswork as far as I can tell. I was on PT HD 7.4 and haven't tried it on 8, but the plugin hasn't changed.

Please check version 2. We implemented pagetables that are supposed to organize the automation and control surface parameter layout.
