Any way to lock the mix to 100% and into SYNC mode

Hi. Is this possible? I find it really irritating to have to go and reset the mix level every time I load a preset?

Sorry if I'm being dumb here, but is there a way to make it the default load up state for all presets?

Also, to get the presets to load up in sync mode every time?
